E. Javier Loya, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to establishing OTC Global Holdings, Loya was a founding partner and chief executive officer of Choice Energy Group, a leading institutional natural gas and electricity broker, with a customer base consisting of the largest utilities, energy marketers, and financial institutions in the world.
A 1991 graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, Loya received the prestigious John Jay Award from Columbia for distinguished professional achievement in 2004. Other notable honors include:

Joseph F. Kelly, President and Chief Operating Officer
Before joining OTC Global Holdings in July 2007, Kelly was a lead manager and broker for Power Merchants Group (PMG) in New York City. One of PMG's founding partners, Kelly spent nine years helping build it into one of the leading, independent OTC natural gas institutional commodity brokerage firms in North America.
Prior to founding PMG Kelly spent four years with ED & F Man, starting his career on the floor of the NYMEX. He was later promoted to the firm's brokerage desk to start an OTC natural gas brokerage effort and became a leading broker of natural gas fixed price and options products.
Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Seton Hall University in 1994.
John F. Klosek, Executive Vice President, Houston Operations
Before establishing OTC Global Holdings with Loya, Klosek was the president of CHOICE! Power and CHOICE! Natural Gas and was a limited partner in Choice Energy Group, helping build it into an industry leader in the provision of institutional brokerage services in the energy derivative and physical energy markets.
Klosek continues to provide brokerage services for the largest accounts in the OTC natural gas derivatives trading market and is consistently a top producing broker within the company. Klosek is a 1994 graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
John F. Jeffers, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Jeffers is responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory matters and is involved in the negotiation and execution of all transactions in which the company engages. Prior to the establishment of OTC Global Holdings LP, Jeffers served in the same capacity for the Choice Energy Group.
Jeffers was previously with Houston-based Vinson & Elkins LLP and New York-based Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. In private practice, Jeffers represented a number of large and mid-sized clients in a wide range of transactional and corporate governance matters. He also served as interim general counsel of a major North American merchant power producer during its financial restructuring and eventual sale.
Jeffers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
James E. Kauderer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Kauderer manages the company's financial strategy, business planning, performance reporting, investment evaluation, capital management and financial services efforts. Prior to the establishment of OTC Global Holdings, Kauderer served in the same capacity for the Choice Energy Group, joining the firm in 2002 from Reliant Resources' Corporate Venture Capital Group.
His earlier career experience and accomplishments include two years as finance manager of a small, publicly traded California-based exploration and production (E&P) company, two years in equity research covering the E&P sector of the oil and gas industry with both Lehman Brothers and Prudential Securities, and two years in investment banking with Alex, Brown & Sons.
Kauderer earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Columbia Business School in 1996 a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Columbia College in 1991.
C. Scott Nesbitt, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Nesbitt is responsible for financial control, financial reporting, and the management and development of the company's accounting systems. He has more than seventeen years of experience in accounting and finance, including extensive experience in developing and documenting accounting and operational policies, procedures and internal controls.
Prior to the establishment of OTC Global Holdings, Nesbitt served in the same capacity for the Choice Energy Group. He also managed the Latin American Division, headquartered in Guadalajara, Mexico, for Bray Valve and Controls, Inc.
Nesbitt holds Masters and Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
